:link: Update four moved repository URLs and drop four archived projects (#385)

An audit of all 221 GitHub repositories in the README found no dead
links, but eight entries needed maintenance.

Four projects moved to new organizations. The old URLs still redirect,
so nothing is broken yet, but the canonical URLs are now used:

- jazzband/django-polymorphic -> django-commons/django-polymorphic
- springload/awesome-wagtail -> wagtail/awesome-wagtail
- stefanfoulis/django-phonenumber-field -> django-phonenumber-field/django-phonenumber-field
- yassi/dj-control-room -> django-control-room/dj-control-room

Four projects are archived upstream and are removed:

- django-money
- bleach
- django-admin-dracula
- drf-openapi-tester

No headings change, so every anchor on the website stays the same.
