A boolean TRUE/FALSE to indicate whether to check for the physical existence the filename on disk. If omitted, the default is FALSE. Return: FileExists returns a BOOLEAN value. The FileExists function returns TRUE if the specified filename is present in the Distributed File Utility (DFU).
