  1. <h2>DESCRIPTION</h2>
  2. <em>r.surf.gauss</em> produces a raster map of Gaussian deviates whose
  3. mean and standard deviation can be expressed by the user. It uses a
  4. Gaussian random number generator. It is essentialy the same
  5. as <em><a href="r.surf.random.html">r.surf.random</a></em>, but uses a
  6. Gaussian random number generator instead.
