Update procedure: GRASS GIS relies on GDAL/PROJ. The EPGS DB is transformed into suitable CSV data for GDAL/PROJ according to this procedure: http://svn.osgeo.org/metacrs/geotiff/trunk/libgeotiff/csv/README alternative: ls `gdal-config --datadir`
