:sparkles: Add Deployment Services and Self-Hosted Deployment sections under Hosting

Move Appliku, Dokku, and Piku out of PaaS, since they deploy to servers
you rent rather than run the app themselves. Add DeployHQ, Coolify,
Dokploy, CapRover, and Kamal. Regenerate the table of contents.
