Fix three TOC entries pointing to wrong or nonexistent section anchors

- 2025 April 7 - April 13 link pointed to a nonexistent slug; the real heading is April 6 - April 13.
- 2024 October 21 - October 27 link was duplicating the October 14 anchor, so both entries scrolled to the same week.
- 2024 July 22 - July 28 link was duplicating the July 15 anchor for the same reason.

After this fix, all 170 TOC entries resolve to unique, existing section headings.
