Finishes the 2024 conversion: all 52 weeks of 2024 are now in
detailed-bullet format. This batch covers five weeks - Jan 1-7,
Jan 8-14, Jan 15-21, Jan 22-28, and Jan 29-Feb 4 - adding per-paper
sub-bullets with concrete metrics, architectures, and takeaways.
